About Us

We are a dedicated and established team of Specialist Speech and Language Therapists who are highly experienced in working with children and young people, their families and their schools.

  • We have a strong and successful history of working across and around barriers for the right outcomes for our families.

  • We believe in evidence-based practice: using research, our clinical experience and expertise, and our clients' priorities and views are at our centre.

  • We understand the impact of communication difficulties, on children, their families and other people in their lives.

  • We are here to help.

We believe that access to specialists is vital, so the team includes therapists with special interests in Developmental Language Disorder (DLD,) Speech Sound Disorder, dysfluency (stammering,) Autism Spectrum Condition, and Selective Mutism. We believe in neurodiversity-affirming practice, and are certified providers of Hanen 'More Than Words' and ‘Talkability’ programmes. and offer the Social Communication, Emotional Regulation and Transactional Support (SCERTS) model to parents and settings for children with ASC and Social Communication Difficulties.

We have additional training in the Susan Ebbels' Shape Coding system, Cued Articulation and Makaton,  and are licensed to deliver Elklan training packages. Some of our therapists are also ‘Meaningful Speech’ Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) trained clinicians.

All our therapists are members of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, and Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
